Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Pre-65 Motocross Club Ltd, will take place at 01.00pm on Sunday 25th January 2026 at Hatfield Peveral Village Hall, Maldon Road, Hatfield Peveral, Essex CM3 2HP
The AGM will follow the usual format with 2025 reports from the appropriate Committee members. There will be an opportunity for all club members to formally, or informally, ask questions of the Club committee.
This year our focus will be voting in a New Club Chairman and supporting committee. Nominations for Chairman will need to be submitted in advance. Information on how memebers can do this is provided on the AGM 25.1.2026 Notice and Proxy Form sent to every member and attached to this article. To formally raise any proposal please download, complete and post a hard copy of the proxy form. If you have any questions on this process please ring the club mobile, 07842 840285.
