All cancellations must be made to the Meeting Secretary using the contact details provided on the Regulations. Entry fees will only be returned / refunded for cancellations made a MINIMUM of 5 DAYS BEFORE the date of the event. Entry fees will only be returned/refunded for cancellations made LESS THAN 5 days before the event in exceptional circumstances.
